Including influences from motherhood, recovery, a passion and love for yoga, authentic movement, anatomy, poetic flow, breath work, art as well as the elements of nature.

Promoting body positivity, empowerment, connection to self, embodiment and a strong sense of community as well as healthy internal awareness.

EtherealFlo's classes online aim to promote physical and emotional well being whilst physically stretching, strengthening body and mind and cultivating a deep connection to breath and the internal physical body.
